3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to: Provide necessary materials and information to complete your project. Ensure all content provided complies with applicable laws and regulations. Review and approve deliverables within agreed timelines.

4. Intellectual Property

Websites and designs created by Digital Foundations remain our property until full payment is received. Clients retain ownership of their data uploaded to the CRM systems.

5. Service Changes and Cancellations

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services with notice. Clients may cancel their subscription at any time but must provide 30 days' written notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

Digital Foundations is not liable for: Downtime caused by third-party providers .Client misuse of the website or CRM systems. Loss of revenue due to website or CRM issues.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with United States laws.
